Common questions.
What is a "scene credit"?
One generation at final-render quality. An image = 1 credit. A 10-second video = ~20 credits. A full campaign storyboard of 12 frames = 12 credits. Credits roll over within your billing month, do not roll to the next.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. No lock-in, cancel anytime from the dashboard.
Do credits share across my team?
Yes. On Pro (3 seats), Agency (5 seats), and Custom (unlimited), the credit pool is shared. Admin seat can throttle individual members.
What happens if I use all my credits?
You'll get a warning at 80%. At 100%, you can either wait for the monthly reset, upgrade instantly, or purchase overflow packs ($19 per 500 credits).
Do you offer KSA-local billing?
Yes. Moyasar integration supports Mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, and card. International cards and Stripe for everyone else. VAT invoices on request.
Who owns the generated assets?
You own everything you generate — full commercial rights on Pro and above. On Starter, a shared copyright clause applies to any content involving our featured talent roster. Custom plans can include exclusive IP assignment.
